To make Mushroom Masala, we used:
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced

- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
- Salt, to taste
